How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● achieving Delivery product goals, identifying areas for development and growth● shaping and implementing the product development strategy● analysing competitors’ performance● coordinating and prioritising the product backlog● developing product solutions (initiatives)● tracking the impact of implemented features and monitoring product and business metrics

Challenges for six months:

● getting familiar with the Company’s internal processes● learning the strategy of the direction, the team, and the current product plan, metrics, challenges of the Delivery product● working through 1-2 hypotheses from the current backlog● building effective collaboration with key stakeholders● preparing a quarterly product development roadmap based on the overall strategy of the direction● presenting to the team the current progress toward the set goals● auditing product features and presenting the further action plan for them● successfully performing independent cross-team synchronisation

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in launching, managing, and developing new products● experience in working with mobile products● research and analysis skills to identify user needs● skills in analysing market trends and competitors● experience in developing product growth strategies● experience in working with metrics and target audience segmentation

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
