How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing an SEO strategy● leading the contractor selection process and further cooperation with them● developing and controlling the implementation of technical requirements during website development● ensuring a continuous SEO promotion process for the website● forming and managing the semantic core (collection, cleaning, clustering), analyzing search results and competitors’ strategies● developing the SEO structure of the website and landing pages, optimizing meta tags, headings and internal linking● preparing terms of reference for copywriters, controlling content quality and its compliance with SEO requirements, optimizing and refining existing content● technical SEO support: regularly monitoring errors in Google Search Console, working with duplicate pages, setting up canonical tags and redirects● link building: placing crowd links and working with link marketplaces● conducting analytics and reporting: preparing regular reports on rankings and traffic

Challenges for three months:

● adapting within the team and the department, mastering existing processes● participating in the contractor selection process● forming and ensuring the implementation of SEO requirements during website development● conducting an audit of current web resources● establishing cooperation with the SEO agency● developing basic reports and organizing the process of regular updates for the SEO direction

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3 years of experience as a SEO Specialist● experience with SEO in the e-commerce direction will be an advantage
confident command of key tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Serpstat, Similarweb● experience in working with semantics (core collection, clustering)
deep understanding of internal and external optimization principles, their impact on behavioral factors● general marketing expertise: funnel and impact on its stages, price/value, CTA, VP● preparing forecasts/plans for organic traffic and its impact on business results● deep understanding of Google algorithms, updates, penalties, and recovery from filters● the ability to identify growth points for a project● developing a search promotion plan and strategy● deep understanding of the technical aspects of website operation: HTTP, HTML, JS, SSR● experience in launching projects from scratch will be an advantage● the ability to clearly formulate terms of reference for related specialists (writers, content managers)● experience in working with contractors (SEO agencies)● advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (working with large data sets, preparing reports)

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
