How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● implementing sponsorship/BTL activations and local events in key cities of Ukraine● providing operational project support: planning, timelines, coordination of teams and logistics● preparing briefs/terms of reference and coordinating contractors (event, production, design, media)● organizing brand presence at locations (BTL zones, installations, navigation, materials) in accordance with brand guidelines● interacting with organizers, venues, and partners regarding terms, technical requirements, and execution● ensuring cross-functional collaboration (Brand, PR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, BU) at preparation and implementation stages● controlling quality of execution, resolving issues promptly, and initiating improvementspreparing post-event reports on activity results, including collecting photo reports, final materials, and post-campaign information

Challenges for six months:

● successfully delivering one full Sponsorship/BTL activation from preparation to completion● successfully preparing and approving terms of reference/briefs for contractors within assigned activities● successfully coordinating contractors in line with agreed timelines without critical delays● successfully ensuring brand presence at locations in compliance with brand guidelines without critical remarks● successfully preparing post-event reports for 100% of activities within established deadlines

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in implementing Sponsorship and BTL activations, offline events● practical experience in operational project management: planning, timelines, coordination, deadline control● experience in working with contractors (production, design, printing, installation, logistics)● understanding principles of brand presence and working with brand guidelines● experience in coordinating cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Brand, Legal, Finance, Procurement)● skills in preparing briefs and terms of reference and controlling their execution● experience in organizing brand zones, installations, or other offline activations at locations● English proficiency at B1 level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
