How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and implementing OKR processes within the Company● cascading strategic goals to the level of departments and teams● facilitating quarterly and annual goal-setting and review cycles● integrating OKR with Lean Strategy Deployment and A3 approaches● maintaining transparency, regular tracking and development of a culture of accountability● supporting the organization of strategic and planning sessions

Challenges for three months:

● getting familiar with the Company’s strategy, current OKR and its approach to planning● developing improvements to the OKR & Strategy Deployment process● proposing tools for tracking goal achievement process

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in strategic planning● practical experience in implementing OKR or similar frameworks● understanding of Lean, Strategy Deployment, A3 principles would be an advantage● strong communication and facilitation skills● English level: Advanced

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
