How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● structure and maintain information related to products and work processes● update and adapt the company’s existing knowledge base and create new documentation● collaborate with product and administrative teams, assist in writing instructions, guides, etc.● develop templates and solutions to automate documentation support● maintain documentation in multiple languages● analyse and track the results of work with information in the Handbook

Challenges for three months:

● become familiar with the information management processes in Handbook and understand how we work with documentation● provide functional support for the defined processes● provide the necessary documentation to the expansion teams (UZ/future offices)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2 years of previous experience in an IT company as a Technical Writer (or similar)● general understanding of work processes in an IT company● skills in creating concise, structured, easy-to-read texts● experience with Confluence, Google Docs or similar word processing tools (Notion, Document 360, etc.)● high level of communication and presentation skills● information analysis skills● knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher● experience with tools for automating the creation of documentation or AI tools for working with text will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
