How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● structuring and maintaining information related to business processes and products● updating and adapting the existing company knowledge base and creating new documentation in Confluence● cooperating with product and operations teams, assisting in writing manuals, guides, etc.● improving approaches to information management in the Company● developing templates and solutions for automating documentation maintenance● supporting documentation in multiple languages

Challenges for three months:

● getting familiar with information management processes in the Handbook and understanding documentation standard● providing functional support to assigned teams/processes● supplying expansion teams (UZ/future expansion countries) with the necessary documentation

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in working with tools for automating documentation creation or AI tools for working with text

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer● experience in writing technical documentation, structuring information, and presenting it concisely and clearly● experience in working with Confluence, Google Docs (SharePoint, Document360, Notion, etc.)● understanding of business processes in an IT company● proficiency in Ukrainian at a high level● English proficiency at B2+ level● strong communication and presentation skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
