How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● searching for and attracting new customers to sell Uklon Ads advertising solutions● conducting a full sales cycle from the first contact to the conclusion of the agreement, customer support and partnership development● presentation of quotations, development of partnerships, upsell/cross-sell● coordination of internal teams for the implementation of advertising projects● CRM management, keeping customer and agreement data up-to-date● compliance with internal processes, rules of interaction and reporting

Challenges for three months:

● get acquainted with the product and its features● work out and conclude the first successful agreements● attract new customers● start the presale of one large custom integration

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in B2B sales of advertising / marketing / media / sponsorship / partnership solutions● experience in conducting a full sales cycle – from finding and attracting a client to negotiating, preparing a quotation, negotiating terms and conditions and finalising an agreement● understanding of the advertising market and customer needs● experience in preparing and selling customised quotations● experience in partnerships / collaborations / upsell and cross-sell● strong communication and negotiation skills● ability to build effective cross-team interactions● experience with Atlassian products will be an advantage
