How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● planning and setting up advertising campaigns within the owned and developed Uklon Ads inventory (In-app Ads, Car Ads), collaborating with the CRM team● adjusting media plans for clients based on their marketing strategies and briefs● creating a backlog of tasks for relevant departments to implement brand advertising campaigns● monitoring active advertising campaigns daily, adjusting settings, and tracking performance● assisting with preparing reports on advertising campaigns

Challenges for three months:

● successfully onboarding, adapting to processes, mastering the Uklon Ads product line● having the skills and proven experience of planning and setting up advertising campaigns for client brands (from 7 client brands by the 3rd month)● developing a checklist for launching advertising campaigns within each product and ensuring >95% successful advertising campaign launches (impacting the campaign success rate)● ensuring <15% deviation from planned advertising campaign goals (impressions, CTR, timelines, etc.)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3 years of experience in launching/setting up advertising campaigns on various ad platforms (Meta, Google; additional ones – TikTok, Tg, Admixer, LinkedIn, Glovo Ads, DV360, etc. – will be an advantage)● experience and understanding of advertising campaign analytics platforms (GA, Meta), understanding approaches to using ads trackers● experience using DMS systems / Programmatic will be an advantage● experience in planning and executing OOH/DOOH campaigns will be an advantage● confident proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets● experience in working with task management systems● strong organisational skills – backlog planning, attention to detail, checklists; ability to work in a multitasking environment

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
