How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and executing the strategic plan and business model of Uklon Advertising● achieving financial goals● being an effective team leader, stimulating KPI achievement● financial management: managing financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, planning, and controlling costs and revenues● market strategy: developing and implementing the strategy for the development of Uklon Ads infrastructure, sales strategies and channels● establishing long-term relationships with counterparties: partners, intermediaries, clients● preparing regular reports● conducting forecasting and planning● forming the sales development strategy, building the client portfolio - searching for new opportunities, tools● interacting with the development team

Challenges for six months:

● delivering the sales plan● analyzing the product and client portfolio● building effective communication with team specialists and setting up cross-team interaction● updating the business direction development strategy, proposing options for its improvement, and presenting them● delivering the financial plan● scaling Uklon Ads in expansion countries

To achieve the results, you will need:

● strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to build successful business direction development strategies● at least 2 years of team management experience● effective stakeholder management● strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build business relationships, sales skills● understanding of digital advertising opportunities● basic understanding of corporate finance● presentation skills● analytical skills● English level: B2+
