How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop and implement business and product development strategies for 1-3 years● have full responsibility for financial performance (Revenue, Gross Margin)● keep focus on customer acquisition (CAC), retention and frequency of repeat purchases● work with the product team, set business requirements and objectives – be the voice of the customer● expand the carrier network (from individual fleets to large aggregators) and build mutually beneficial relationships with key market players● manage a cross-functional team (marketing, product, sales, support) and synchronise with Uklon’s global goals

Challenges for six months:

● achieve targets for Gross Bookings Value (GBV) and the number of tickets sold● ensure the supply of ticket resources by connecting ticket suppliers directly to the Uklon system● analyse and defend the case for the development strategy of the direction (new verticals, markets)● form a team

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in managing a business line or product in the areas of E-commerce, TravelTech or Marketplace● at least 1 year of team management experience● ability to see the “big picture”, without fear of diving into the details of the product backlog or the terms and conditions of a complex contract with a partner● ability to make decisions based on numbers, fluency in unit economics metrics● negotiating skills, ability to attract large partners and build long-term cooperation● understanding of trends in the passenger transport market, ticketing business, OTA marketplaces and knowledge of how to make the product better than competitors

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
