How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● creating, editing, and testing interface texts● maintaining and developing the Tone of Voice and product terminology for the Driver App● developing, updating, and maintaining a content guide● identifying and formulating improvements through content● participating in design activities such as brainstorms, workshops, kick-offs, design sprints, prototyping, and testing● collaborating with translators to ensure product quality in every language● working closely with designers, researchers, the marketing team, analysts, and developers

Challenges for three months:

● conduct a content audit in the Driver App, suggest improvements for 2+ flows, and hand them over for development● integrate into the product team and carry out joint initiatives● propose and document basic UX writing processes● collaborate with translators and the Project Manager

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● skills in designing simple wireframes or mockups● experience in building a complete UX content localization process● basic understanding of product metrics● degree in linguistics

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in UX writing● experience working with Ukrainian-language content● experience in product localization● experience with content management systems● experience in testing content through usability and A/B testing, and the ability to work with insights● experience working in cross-functional product teams● understanding of technical aspects of development related to interface texts● proficiency in Ukrainian● English language skills at Upper Intermediate level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
