How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● conducting quantitative and qualitative research● explaining analytical data using qualitative research● conducting tactical research using various methods (moderated and unmoderated interviews, surveys, etc.)● formulating and generating hypotheses for improving user experience● closely collaborating with Growth Lead, QA, developers, PO, PM, data analysts and designers● systematising, storing and communicating results to key stakeholders

Challenges for three months:

● familiarizing with the product and company processes● successfully completing onboarding● participating (with support) in the first growth cycle● independently conducting the second growth cycle

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative user research● user-oriented mindset and empathy – must have● experience in conducting moderated and unmoderated research● the ability in structuring information, organizing its storage and presenting it to colleagues● experience in working in a cross-functional team● skills in facilitating meetings and workshops● experience in stakeholder management● participating in participatory workshops● strong communication skills● experience in conducting research on the Ukrainian market – will be an advantage● experience in working with data (cleaning, aggregating, basic data visualisations) – will be an advantage● English language: reading – Intermediate, speaking – Pre-Intermediate
