How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● generating ideas and concepts for performance and brand campaigns● developing and scaling creative solutions for brand development in all communication channels● ensuring a unified visual style and Tone of Voice in all brand communications● creating visual strategies and concepts for different products● organising team work and mentoring specialists (designers and creative copywriters)● implementing AI practices for more efficient creative work● interacting with stakeholders

Challenges for three months:

● build effective team interaction and create cool creative concepts● complete work tasks in a timely and high-quality manner within the set deadlines● change approaches to the development of performance creative concepts and implement 5 concepts● increase the number of shares of brand creative concepts on social media by 15%● develop and ensure compliance with the brand’s TOV and bold communication ideas

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● use of AI tools ● work with HTML, JSON will be an advantage

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of experience in graphic design● knowledge and proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Figma) at a high level ● ability to understand and use modern trends in design● ability to work with brandbook, guideline● team leadership experience

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
