How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● take part in the process of launching the project and its further development● search for partners and build co-operation with dealers and suppliers● be responsible for the operation of the vehicle fleet and the fulfilment of key performance indicators (KPIs)● develop and implement effective working models and operational processes● co-ordinate the processes of working with drivers and vehicles● supervise cross-team project tasks (documentation, payment control, support of legal procedures)● prepare and analyse reports and documentation, identify deviations and make suggestions for process improvements● if the project is successful, form and scale your own team

Challenges for three months:

● successful knowledge of the product and processes, adaptation in the team● achievement of targets● implementation or improvement of current processes to increase the effectiveness of the indicators● fully established project reporting process● develop options for scaling the project

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of project management experience – in logistics, transport, leasing, fleet or rental car operations● higher education (economics, management, transport, logistics)● deep understanding of operational processes and fleet management principles● experience in starting projects/processes from scratch● understanding of vehicle fleet management processes or working in the taxi/ride-hailing industry will be an advantage● negotiation and partnership building skills with dealers and suppliers● proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace● experience of working with contracts, understanding of basic legal aspects● analytical skills: ability to work with data, draw conclusions and propose solutions● proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (working with formulas, summary tables)● proficiency in CRM-systems and tools for tracking requests (Jira, Zendesk, analogues) will be an advantage● experience in team management – will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
