How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● work with the incoming line, communication in chats● information support and consulting for customers and partners of the service● conflict resolution
Challenges for three months:
● get acquainted with the company’s product, processes and standards● master all the tools used by the department● be able to navigate the processes at every stage of their work● qualitative elaboration of work tasks and goals● independence of decision-making in the area of responsibility● understand and navigate the processes of related departments● quality fulfilment of KPIs
To achieve the results, you will need:
● knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages in oral and written formats is required● high level of communication skills, active life position, intelligence, competent speech, ability to adapt to the interlocutor● confident PC user● call centre experience will be an advantage● experience in handling inquiries in chats will be an advantage
How do you manage your working hours?
● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
