How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● working with incoming requests via messenger and phone● providing informational support and consulting clients and partners via all communication channels● resolving conflict situations● forwarding information to other departments

Challenges for three months:

● familiarizing with the product, processes and corporate standards● mastering all tools used by the department and being able to navigate processes at each stage of work● high-quality execution of work tasks, objectives, independent decision-making within the area of responsibility● understanding and navigating the processes of adjacent departments to ensure achievement of KPIs with high quality

To achieve the results, you will need:

● Fluent in Uzbek and Russian (both spoken and written)● Confident PC skills● Strong communication skills and correct speech, ability to adapt to the person you are speaking with, active engagement● Experience of working in a call center is a plus

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● knowledge of English

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
