How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● organising the work of the department (15 employees) in order to effectively perform the set tasks and achieve team results● coordinating and controlling the activities of Driver Care specialists, optimising internal processes where necessary/implementing new processes● effectively managing the team and processes, distributing workload and optimising costs● participating in the recruitment process● supporting and monitoring the training of Driver Care specialists to improve their individual and team performance● regularly monitoring the performance of Driver Care specialists, providing weekly/monthly updates to the company’s management team● monitoring and analysing reports on driver performance to make informed decisions for further development of the Driver Care direction

Challenges for three months:

● introducing 1-3 clear processes to help achieve the company’s strategic goals● proposing options for the department’s interaction with drivers to improve the quality of information transfer and product improvement● maximising product knowledge within the department● improving department productivity/efficiency metrics

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1-2+ years of experience in a leadership role● 1+ year Project Management experience will be a significant advantage● previous experience in IT/start-ups (delivery, ride hailing) will be a plus● fluency in Russian; Intermediate English and above will be a plus● confident user of MS Office/Google Software: Excel, Calendar, Gmail, Google slides; (additionally good if you are familiar with Jira, Kanban, Miro, etc.)● CRM/reporting system skills● strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills● strong leadership skills● high level of engagement/proactivity, willingness to initiate and implement new processes● willingness to take responsibility for the team, the department and its decisions● ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty/lack of information

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan

How will you level up your skills in Uklon?

● knowledge sharing among the teams (lectures, trainings, mentorship programs)● attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
