What our offer includes specifically for this role
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● driver-partner registration, servicing company drivers according to company standards ● information support of driver-partners (by phone, messengers)● counseling of driver-partners regarding the success of cooperation● control over the quality of service provision and compliance with the terms of co-operation by the driver-partner, increasing driver loyalty ● transfer information from driver-partners to related departments● co-operation with car fleets● analysis of the local passenger transport market, namely fares, classes of cars, quality of service● control over the direction of car branding● participation in the optimization and improvement of internal processes
Challenges for three months:
● free and productive use of all the tools used by the department● qualitative elaboration of work tasks and goals● independent decision-making in the area of his/her responsibility● understand and navigate the processes of related departments● performance of personal KPI
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 1 year of experience in full-time positions ● understanding of cars: makes/models, understanding of a car at a basic level, orientation by classes of car● confident PC user● ability to use messengers● willingness to work with a large amount of information: ability to search internal database● knowledge of oral and written Uzbek and Russian languages● ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) will be an advantage● at least 6 months of experience in similar positions (call centre, sales) will be an advantage● experience in handling inquiries in chats, competent and professional communication● experience in handling inquiries via phone, competent and professional communication● ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?
● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
