How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● analysing drivers’ key performance indicators (KPIs): completed orders, online hours, mileage, rating, contract compliance; preparing performance reports.● promptly responding to operational issues and risk situations.● communication with car fleets: providing feedback and resolving ongoing queries, handling enquiries related to the app, orders, car hire and working conditions.● conflict resolution (fines, complaints) and incident management in the system.● coordinating interaction with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc.).● onboarding of new fleet drivers: induction briefings, assistance with installation and configuration of the application, training on the rules of car operation.● organising document flow with the car fleet● development of driver retention and motivation programmes, analysis of reasons for non-compliance with conditions● optimisation of feedback processes and creation of a knowledge base for typical driver requests
Challenges for three months:
● 100% mastery of tools and processes (based on check-list evaluation)● Timely updating of data in the systems (at least 95% up-to-date)● Average level of drivers’ fulfilment of plans – not lower than 90%● Reduction of the number of unresolved requests by the group to <5%● Minimum one implemented improvement, minimum five suggestions for process improvement
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 1 year of experience in working with clients● confident knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office● car knowledge: makes/models, basic understanding of cars, orientation by class of car● excellent communication skills: ability to build trusting relationships, negotiation and objection handling skills● basic analytical skills: working with data, preparing insights and reports (knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets)● proficiency in Uzbek, Russian and English (verbal and written), English level – A1+ with willingness to upgrade● good co-ordination skills and experience of working with different departments / cross-functional team● willingness to work in a dynamic environment, with a large amount of information
How do you manage your working hours?
● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
