What our offer includes specifically for this role
ensuring the daily operation of the office: monitoring cleanliness, workspace conditions, organizing and coordinating repair and maintenance works
working with suppliers and contractors, purchasing office supplies, interacting with building management
assisting in organizing internal events, coordinating logistics and event execution
accounting for, storing, and distributing branded merchandise, maintaining relevant records
conducting the full onboarding cycle for Customer Care and Driver Care employees
initial communication on administrative matters, supporting daily office requests
operational support for training processes
working with contracts, invoices, and certificates, controlling expenses, and interacting with the accounting team
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

Challenges for three months:
● conducting a full audit of the current office condition and ensuring uninterrupted supply of all necessary consumables; eliminating situations with “stop orders” for stationery, kitchen, and hygiene supplies. Ensuring the availability of an up-to-date schedule of maintenance and repair works, as well as maintaining a stable level of cleanliness and technical condition of the office space without critical issues● establishing interaction with suppliers and the accounting team. Timely submission of invoices and acts without errors, maintaining a contractor database, adhering to the budget● ensuring full onboarding of new employees: 100% provision of equipment, access rights, and welcome boxes by the first working day● maintaining accounting for branded merchandise: ensuring an up-to-date inventory tracking system, conducting monthly inventory checks, timely distribution of merchandise to employees
To achieve the results, you will need:
● 1+ years in Office Management or HR Administration.● Proven ability to multitask (procurement, events, repairs) while maintaining high quality.● Ability to interact effectively with vendors, building management, and staff at all levels.● Precision in document management (invoices, contracts) and budget tracking.● Proactive approach to resolving administrative and facility-related requests for employees.● Basic experience in logistics and coordination of internal corporate events.● Advanced user of Google Workspace/MS Office for inventory and documentation.● Self-starter capable of identifying and resolving office infrastructure issues independently.● Spoken proficiency in Uzbek and Russian
How do you manage your working hours?
● Flexible schedule based on role responsibilities● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation.● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
