What our offer includes specifically for this role

    Arrow
    supporting onboarding and offboarding processes: organizing welcome package, meetings, collecting signatures, surveying
    Arrow
    participating in organizing internal HR events, greetings, disseminating communication newsletters
    Arrow
    monitoring uninterrupted office work: ordering office supplies, water, consumables; maintaining cleanliness and office conditions
    Arrow
    interacting with suppliers, service organizations, courier and transportation services
    Arrow
    managing contracts requests; coordinating minor repairs and equipment maintenance
    Arrow
    supporting internal meetings, gatherings and events (including preparing rooms, coffee breaks, etc.)

    maintaining records and reporting on administrative expenses (corporate card)
    Arrow
    communicating with employees on general administrative and HR matters
    Arrow
    handling feedback from employees on service, working conditions and adaptation

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing, evaluating legal aspects, agreeing upon various types of contracts with counterparties and correspondence with them● legal formalization of advertising campaigns and marketing materials (orders, acts, etc.)● analysing current legislation and practices, preparing draft legal opinions● preparing draft responses to inquiries from regulatory authorities● consulting on other legal issues related to business operations

Challenges for three months:

● completing adaptation in the team, becoming the contact person for administrative issues, ensuring a high level of administrative support and internal communication● demonstrating independence, proactivity and meeting deadlines while completing daily tasks● conducting an audit of current office processes and preparing at least two proposals for their optimization or improving the efficiency of office infrastructure

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of experience as an administrator, office manager or HR assistant – critical● practical skills in handling administrative document flow – critical● knowing office equipment, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office● experience in ordering and accounting consumables, interacting with suppliers, monitoring office condition● the ability to independently establish and maintain basic operational processes, meet deadlines and set priorities – critical● high level of responsibility, self-organization and attention to detail● strong communication skills● the ability to stay effective in multitasking environment● high level of proficiency in Russian and Uzbek – critical

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
