How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● coordination of day-to-day project activities across business, commercial, operations, legal, and Product/IT teams● participation in cross-functional projects, supporting delivery from initiation to completion● assistance in preparing project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk tracking● maintaining regular communication with project stakeholders and ensuring information transparency● monitoring project progress, identifying risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalating when needed● preparing project reports (presentations) and supporting analysis of project results and effectiveness● improving internal project management tools, templates, and processes● executing assigned project tasks independently and supporting senior project leads when required

Challenges for three months:

● gain a full understanding of the scope and pace of the three ongoing projects● project design new projects and take full ownership of their implementation● set up regular reporting and analyse the effectiveness of implemented projects● successful onboarding into the team and mastering core company processes● be fluent and productive in all tools used by the department● contribute to the implementation of existing tasks and projects, and successfully complete them

To achieve the results, you will need:

● from 2-3 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional, business-driven projects OR operational management● proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools, Google Slides (BI tools are a plus)● practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid etc)● strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency, and financial impact metrics ● outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills● high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset● Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency is preferable● Project Management certifications will be a plus

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
