Hiring process

We do not hold numerous interview stages because we value both your and our time. You only have to go through 2 stages – an introduction and a technical meeting.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensuring high-quality and timely recruitment in Operation Direction (Ukraine and other countries)● implementing a full cycle recruiting process using standard and non-standard recruitment methods● interacting with the heads of departments to identify needs, resolve organisational issues related to interviews, etc.● building and establishing business contacts in a professional environment to attract the necessary specialists● determining the best ways to search, finding non-standard and effective ways to hire the perfect match of candidates● researching and analysing labour markets● participating in projects to increase staff loyalty, internal corporate work● participating in other HR projects of the company● participating in the development of the employer’s brand in the labour market

Challenges for three months:

● familiarisation with recruiting processes● hiring perfect match candidates according to the agreed deadlines in the Operation Direction● research and analysis of labour markets (if necessary)● ensuring timely hiring of personnel for the product launch in new countries (if necessary)● search for new and non-standard methods of sourcing and selection



To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of experience in recruiting non-tech specialists (Customer Care Specialist, Customer Experience, Incident Specialist, Operation Manager)● successful experience in filling mass recruitment vacancies● successful experience in filling vacancies of heads of customer support areas● knowledge of modern hiring practices● use of non-standard tools and resources for finding specialists● successful use of all necessary recruitment methods and tools to achieve high-quality and fast results● developed skills in hunting and strategic communication● ability to work in multitasking mode● result orientation, analytical skills● English Upper-Intermediate+● experience with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Caucasus countries, etc.) will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
